C-mach Technologies Inc. offers several services to support our powerDRAW.net clients – putting graphic power into the hands of the product experts from sales staff to field personnel.
Customization Options:
Corporate Product Descriptions
This is where powerDRAW.net excels. Corporate product
descriptions allow for the addition of one or more corporate text descriptions to each tool
icon using your company's descriptions. This means powerDRAW.net customers are able use the language and descriptors that
resonate most with their employees.
Corporate Icon Colours
Reinforce your company's brand by adding your corporate colours to your tool icons.
Project the proper image to your clients. Your drawings can now look much like your tools in your catalogue, truly making powerDRAW.net an extension
of your sales and marketing tools.
Other Custom Development
Other custom development to the program or templates is available, subject to an estimate. Costs will
vary based on the complexity.
Training Options:
Training courses help users get the most value from the program. We are pleased to offer an install/training package that works for smaller companies without IT personnel. A powerDRAW.net representative will help you install powerDRAW.net and spend one hour with the users helping them successfully create their first powerDRAW.net schematic – a start to finish run through of the program. We also offer customized group training packages to suit your company's needs. At C-mach Technologies Inc, we understand the difficulties of bringing field personnel together as a group for training, therefore individual training is also available.
Icon Development:
Our goal is to work with each company to provide a complete library of icons that reflects their entire product line. We have a nominal subsidized charge for the creation of “standard icons”. Standard icons consist of no more than six views, three casing sizes with two tubing connection sizes. Standard icons then become the property of C-mach Technologies Inc. to be used at our discretion.
"Smart icons" that require complicated programming to offer multiple views and functions such as zip, open and closed, set and unset, are subject to an estimate. They also become the property of C-mach Technologies Inc. to be used at our discretion.
"Custom icons" can be requested by clients and remain as property of the client. They will not be offered to any other powerDRAW.net users. These are also subject to an estimate.
