C-mach Technologies Inc. fully supports our powerDRAW.net clients with technical expertise and know-how. Any Tech Support requests regarding a powerDRAW.net failure, either by email or by phone is welcomed and a response with a fix will follow, ASAP. We do however, reserve the right to apply service charges (included in Service Packages) for tech support not directly related to powerDRAW.net failure, such as other software or hardware issues.

Tech Support Options:

Standard Tech Support Service

Included in both Purchase Model and Subscription Model. Forty-eight hour or sooner e-mail response. C-mach Technologies reserves the right to charge for service not deemed 'Standard Tech Support'.

Gold Tech Support Service - Single User

Combination Phone and E-mail on-demand support. Phone support access with guaranteed one-hour call return response or less. E-mail support access with guaranteed response of 2 hours or less. Service available during 6am - 6pm Mountain Standard Time. Service is only available in North America.

Gold Tech Support Service - Group Administrative

Includes the same features as the Gold Tech Single User Support Service. Available for a selected Administrative Contact for the Group within the company versus each user. Price based on number of users. Service is only available in North America.

Gold Tech Support Service - Overseas

E-mail and turnaround phone times to be determined. Available for a selected Administrative Contact for the Group within the company versus each user. Price based on number of users and requirements.
